The Community Hubs Network was commissioned by the Tower Hamlets Partnership and is extremely
successful tackling worklessness by progressing local people into sustainable employment. The local third
sector deliver specialist training and employment support at grass roots level.
Youth Enterprise increased young people’s confi dence and helped develop an enterprising culture.
