EastendHomes and Telford Homes Plc retained Leaside Regeneration to submit the planning application for the Holland Estate, Spitalfields, London E1. The proposals include the comprehensive redevelopment of the estate involving part refurbishment and part new build including a new community centre and retail units. The scheme was granted permission April 2009.
