Leaside Regeneration achieved planning permission on behalf of Telford Homes plc for a mixed-use redevelopment including 78 residential apartments and town houses alongside retail and business space at Furze Street, Poplar, London. The scheme is the first phase of the comprehensive redevelopment of an existing 1 hectare industrial estate.
