Eastend Homes and Telford Homes Plc retained Leaside Regeneration to submit the planning application for the Eric and Treby Estate, Mile End, London. The proposals include the comprehensive redevelopment of the estate involving part refurbishment and part new build. The application is going before the planning committee in April 2009.
