Leaside was appointed by Telford Homes Plc to submit a planning application for the regeneration of the British Street Estate in Tower Hamlets, London. The project included refurbishing existing residential units, building 185 new units, a new community centre and 6 retail units. The scheme was granted permission January 2007.
