Leaside Regeneration was appointed by Eastend Homes to submit a planning application for the regeneration of the Bede Estate in Mile End East, London. The proposals included refurbishing of existing residential units, building 236 new units, a new community centre and new retail units. The scheme was granted permission February 2009.
